Traveling solo and trying to eat healthy means I rarely have desserts on hand. So when I get that hankering for a yummy dessert this is my go to chocolate cake fix!
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons cake flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Mug
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a large mug or microwave safe bowl.
Add the egg, milk, and oil and mix well.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Let it cool a bit and turn it out onto a plate.
What makes this even better is only one mug and one spoon to wash when you are done!
